Amanda Rhame
Amanda Rhame, Harlan Insurance Agency, Alexandria,
LA, received a scholarship in October to complete the
CISR program. Amanda tells us: "I am
very proud of my success in the insurance industry,
and this scholarship will allow me to further my education
and also allow me to encourage fellow producers to
do the same. I am a mother of two children (one
of which has special needs) and scholarship such as

Leszczuk
Sarah Leszczuk, Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. Sarah
received the Award of Excellence and a Marsh Scholars
Award in June. Sarah tells us: "The
Insurance Scholarship Foundation of America scholarship
has truly helped make my dreams of someday working
in the insurance industry a reality. In these
times of ever-increasing college costs, the Foundation’s
generosity is most welcome. It is so refreshing
to see others as passionate about risk management as
I am, who want to help me in my studies. And,
the prestige of this scholarship does not go unnoticed

Tonya Willis, Harlan Insurance Agency, Alexandria,
LA received a scholarship in October to obtain her
CISR designation. Tonya tells us: "First,
I want to thank you all for awarding me this scholarship. This
is a real honor for me. I am a single mother
of two young children and this scholarship has made
my dream of furthering my career in the insurance industry
a reality. I want to learn all that I can to
make myself the best possible insurance producer. This
scholarship from ISFA has made all of that possible

Tessa Hess
Tessa Hess, Shrader Insurance
Agency, Lebanon, VA received a CPCU-Loman Education
Foundation scholarship for the API 28 and API 29 courses. Tessa
tells us: "Believe me when I say I love
working with our customers. Being located in a
small rural area, I experience customer service face-to-face. I
desire to have the ability to answer any question my
customer may have to the best of my abilities. I
wish to explain “insurance terms” to them in a way they
can completely understand. By receiving this
scholarship it has enabled me to take additional courses
to achieve my goals and enhance my knowledge." |

AR – "My family has worked very hard to give
